The type N is of a robust welded construction with a large grab range and low dead weight. The sheets are gripped from below by positive contact. The movable gripping element (pawl) also helps to secure the sheets in position. The clamps should be used in pairs, and for long sheets, we recommend combining 2 pairs of clamps with a single lifting beam.
The configuration should first be checked, however, to ensure that it conforms to the admissible chain spread angle.
The type NF is based on the type N, with additional spring pressure provided by the gripping element.
The type PN performs the same functions and is used for the same purposes as the type N. In this case, however, the gripping element has a large plastic-coated grab surface that protects the surface of the sheet.
